For a wide assortment including a large fresh corner, appetizers, local produce and gift items, fine wines and chilled beer or a delicious cup of coffee and sandwiches on our terrace.

It all began in 1922 when Aaltsje and Gjalt Wester started a grocery & barge store in the village of Earnewâld. Currently, Gjalt and Lidwine Wester are the fourth generation to be in this store. The small barge store has been expanded into a modern supermarket with a retail area of more than 450 square meters, which combines a wide range of products with an authentic look.
During the summer season, we are open every day from seven o’clock with a wide assortment from the hot bakery, but especially with our own freshly baked buns and cakes. There is also a spacious fresh fruit, vegetable and meat department. You have also come to the right place for bbq meat and accessories and meat from the artisan butcher.
For a freshly brewed cup of coffee, fresh orange juice, tasty cake or sandwiches, you can come to us early in the morning. You can enjoy these in our konditorei or outside on the terrace.
You will find a beautiful and extensive wine corner, non-food department including swimming and outdoor play items and games, and an angling department with all accessories for the fisherman (including maggots).
You can visit us for souvenirs and various delicious Frisian regional products such as cheese, cakes, pastries and liqueurs. We also have a large collection of magazines and books, both new and used.

The supermarket is located in the middle of the village of Earnewâld and is easy to find (see map). From the bungalow park and the campground, we can be reached in two ways, via the ferry or the main road. If you come by car, there is plenty of parking, both in front of the supermarket and in the large parking lot.
