Our vacation park has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. On our 28-acre property you can camp with your own tent, caravan or motorhome. We offer sites directly on the water but also sheltered sites close to playgrounds or sanitary facilities. Our campsite in Friesland has an outdoor swimming pool with long slide and separate paddling pool, a cozy eatery and a well-stocked supermarket with hot rolls every day. Furthermore, sloops, motorboats, sailboats and canoes are rented through our boat rental on the park.

No own camping equipment or would you like more luxury? That too is possible at Camping It Wiid. We rent waterfront vacation homes at our vacation park in Friesland. On the camping grounds you will find 6 person and 8 person vacation homes. At Buitenplaats It Wiid we rent 4-person, 6-person and 8-person bungalows. The houses are spacious and offer every comfort. There are also homes not directly on the water and close to the playground; ideal for young families.

Learn to sail in four days!

The Frisian lakes are perfect for a sailing vacation. Bring your own boat or rent one through our boat rentals. Can’t you sail but would like to learn or do you want your children to learn sailing in a relaxed way ? That too is possible at Camping It Wiid. Children up to age 12 learn to sail in an optimist in four days. Lessons are taught in a falcon for ages 12 and up.
